I really enjoy photographing weddings in the presence of a couple’s kids. They always animate the wedding and provide great moments and memories. Eliana and Jacob’s two-year-old was no exception. He joined the couple at the top of the aisle in the Ainsworth Room at Lewes Registry Office unwittingly making Eliana, Jacob and their guests laugh with his natural charm.

Southover Grange was still in bloom despite the late October Wedding date and the overcast light was perfect for portraiture. I always tell couples to appreciate a cloudy day as it stops the squinting and makes for beautiful photographs. The cool weather is always good for wearing finery to boot.
